How do I choose my size?

Each Heart of Three piece has its own garment measurements, as the fit may vary from one design to another. Please refer to the Size & Fit section on the individual product page. If you are unsure, reach out to us on WhatsApp or email, and we will be happy to help you choose.
How long will my order take?

Most Heart of Three pieces are crafted after your order is placed. Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be made and dispatched. Tracking details will be shared as soon as your order is on its way.
Can I exchange or return my order?

We offer one complimentary size exchange per order, subject to availability. Eligible returns are issued as store credit after the garment has been received and passed our quality inspection. As each piece is made especially for you, we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery. The garment must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
What if I receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product?

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order details and clear photographs. Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange a replacement or, where applicable, a refund to the original payment method.
Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Once production has begun, cancellations are no longer possible because your garment is being crafted specifically for you.
Do you offer international shipping?

We currently ship across India. If you are ordering from outside India, please contact us before placing your order, and we will do our best to assist you.
How do I care for my garment?

Care requirements vary depending on the fabric and finish. Please follow the instructions provided on the product page and the care label inside your garment. When in doubt, professional dry cleaning is recommended.
Why is my piece made to order?

We believe in creating thoughtfully rather than overproducing. Making our pieces in small batches after an order is placed allows us to focus on craftsmanship, reduce unnecessary waste, and give each garment the attention it deserves.
